PROCESS

1. Step One: Consultation

   First we will get together to meet and go over your project. We’ll discuss design objectives, budget, and timeline

2. Step Two: Design Fee Estimate and Proposal

Once the scope of work is nailed down I will estimate the design fee either by the hour or as a flat fee. A proposal will be sent to the client and once

the proposal is agreed upon and signed, I will then go back to the site to take measurements and photographs.

3. Step Three:

After measurements have been taken, the design work begins. Space planning is the first step in the process followed by furnishings, materials, fixtures, and finishes. This step typically takes about two weeks depending on the size of the project. Once design is complete we’ll set up a time to get together and discuss your options. With furniture packages I provide two different options. If the space planning calls for it I can provide several options as well.
